Mobile Apps

I love multi touchpoint products that work seamlessly from desktop to mobile, but apps are always nice to design. Mainly because of the lack of real estate, everything needs to be thought, prioritised and tested.

Here is a selection of apps I've worked in the last couple of years:

‍

Perfect Play (Chelsea FC)

iOS β€’ Android‍‍

In 2019/2020 I've worked with Chelsea football club from London to build an app for kids and young adults that followed their academy training routine. The app worked as a training library across a broad taxonomy of activities, from fitness related, AR football training, nutrition knowledge to cognitive games.

‍

My role as a Product Designer was to set up and manage the environment (used a ticketing structure mirror to asana), work directly with football coaches to understand and structure features, create UX tasks like user flows, wireframes, brief illustrators, manage our internal design system, prototyping & conduct user testing.

OrdoPay

iOS

In early 2019 I was asked to help out Ordo with the user experience of their newly developed payment system. I’ve learned that in the UK a new system called the Open Banking API will be launched for all major banks this summer. It’s a new and simpler way to pay that allows building all kind of functionality on top of it.

Ordo Pay is designed for small business owners, think about boiler engineers, cleaners or gardeners. It’s a niche that has a lot of problems and zero solutions to digitalise and manage their business. On the other side, we have their clients who are moving away from independent sole traders, for the same reasons: lack of a default way of communication, a multitude of channels (I and support.

Euro Car Parts - Fit it for me

Mobile Web App β€’ Iframe

Eurocarparts is one of the biggest UK car parts dealers, they wanted to extend their business into generating leads to small and commercial garage chains by offering a service to find and book a local fitting garage right from their shopping basket.

Goals: Create a journey for 'Fit it for me' service and seamless integration with the current basket

‍

‍

Wizarding World App

iOS β€’ Android‍‍

The Wizarding World is one of the world's leading franchises with the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts stories/films being huge hits.
It includes patterns for learning, social discovery, mixed content, gamification designed for a mixed audience of teenagers and adults.

‍

BASF Cafeteria App + CMS

iOS β€’ Android‍ β€’ CMS

Imagine, you are at lunchtime with your colleagues, how many times have you bumped into the situation of not knowing the menu of you local company canteen or cafeteria?Β
‍
This is an app that solves just this, it always shows the menu of more than 30 BASF eating spots throughout their offices in Germany.

Worked on the 1.0 version of the app and CMS, login, registration, onboarding, filtering, menu selection.

‍

H&M Stafftool

iOS

Store management tool including shift schedule, messaging, tutorials, visual guidelines, mech dashboard & more

‍

Worm App

iOS

Bits and bobs for Worm app a video sharing app specially designed for slow motion videos.

Unfortunately no longer in the AppStore, check this youtuber vlog in order to see a review and walkthrough the app 😁

‍

LeakBot

iOS & Android

Worked on a startup part of Homeserve Alliance Labs that will later rebrand as Leakbot.

My role as a Product Designer was to work with the engineers in order to build the onboarding and setting up the small IoT device, create the notification flows and gamify the whole experience.
